What the work looks like
You'll respond to medical emergencies ranging from cardiac events and trauma to behavioral health crises and everything in between. You'll work alongside paramedics, fire, and law enforcement as part of an integrated public safety team. Every shift sharpens your clinical judgment, your composure, and your ability to communicate with patients and families in their most vulnerable moments.
Compensation and benefits
Starting pay ranges from approximately $45,000 to $58,000 annually, with step increases tied to tenure and certification level.
